Oncera is a website and online database of oncology clinical research studies and their results. The Oncera team maintains the website. A broad range of public and private organizations around the world sponsor (oversee) and fund (pay the costs) studies listed in the Oncera database. Oncera does not oversee or fund all the studies listed on the platform.
Study sponsors or investigators provide the study information on Oncera. The study sponsor or investigator is responsible for ensuring that their studies follow all applicable laws and regulations and for submitting complete, accurate, and up-to-date information about their study. Oncera staff only reviews study information for apparent errors, deficiencies, or inconsistencies.
Choosing to join a study is an important personal decision. Before you join a study, learn about the possible risks and benefits and discuss all options with your health care professional. Oncera data are available to all requesters, both within and outside the United States, at no charge.
Neither Oncera, nor any of its affiliates, contractors, subcontractors, or employees make any warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to data contained in the database, and, furthermore, assume no liability for any party's use, or the results of such use, of any part of the database.
In any publication or distribution of these data, you should:
- Attribute the source of the data as Oncera
- Update the data so they remain current
- Clearly display the date the data were processed by Oncera
- State any modifications made to the content of the data, with a complete description
You shall not assert any proprietary rights to any portion of the database, or represent the database or any part thereof to anyone as other than an Oncera database. You shall not use any email addresses extracted from our database for marketing or other promotional purposes.
The Oncera data carry an international copyright outside the United States and its Territories or Possessions. Some Oncera data may be subject to the copyright of third parties; you should consult these entities for any additional terms of use.
